Configure MBE software settings per Help Desk's email but still unable to connect properly. requested a support session with MBE help desk to resolve. Check Marisol and Wengs workstations as user reported slowness. suggested to Morrico to upgrade workstations to use SSD. Morrico to procure. Configure new employee line and message (648-1131) for employees to time in and out. tested call flow with Rene successfully
