Vanessa advised GTA Modem, SonicWALL, and WiFi Access Point prior to DSI arrival. Internet back up. login and check SonicWALL logs and confirmed connection to GTA modem dropped. Advised TTA that WiFi router should be connected to APC UPS (it is currently connected directly to the wall outlet). Discuss with TTA regarding new IT&E internet service.
