Work with Shin and Dan to gain access to 3CX Server. 3CX admin console password being used is incorrect. retrieve 3CX admin console password from 3CX Backup file. Test password login successfully. Provided Shin and Dan 3CX admin password. Check MS Office 365 integration settings all correct. unable to connect to MS Office 365 due to firewall settings. Firewall has SIP-ALG enabled. Dan to check firewall configurations. DSI to start a ticket with 3CX.
