Backup current 3CX Phone System settings and uninstall 3CX Phone System Version 15.5 SP5. Download and install 3CX Phone System Version 15.5 SP6 and restore settings from backup. Confirmed Kloppenburg 3CX License (W3JY-48YV-38AT-IMCJ) shows activated and 32 simultaneous calls available. Reconfigure all inbound rules to route to the correct call queues. Perform test inbound and outbound calls successfully. Took a new backup of 3CX Phone System settings after reinstall and configuration. Spoke to Judy Aguigui to advise of completion.
