Issue reported that NFW Download was not functioning. Connect laptop to WiFi and connect to Morrico VPN and perform a test on NFW Download and synchronization completed properly. Was only able to replicate NFW Download issue when laptop was not connected to WiFi or VPN. Advised Morrico that no issue on software and that the tech using the laptop possibly did not connect to WiFi or VPN properly before running NFW Download.
