work with Jetan on the requested settings and call flow. Proceed to create 2 new call queues, 805 Mangilao COVID Queue and 806 Talafofo COVID Queue and add queue members. Show Jetan how to log in and log out of the queue from each extension that is a member of the respective queues. Update call flow settings for Onward Mangilao Main, Mangilao Restaurant, and Onward Talafofo Main in office hour to route to the newly created call queues. Tested call flow with Jetan successfully.
