Configure Myrna's extension to 4 rings before transferring the call. Troubleshoot Penmer's phone. User reports unable to receive calls. Phone set to DND. remove DND and perform test call successfully. Configure and provision extension 312 for Sonny. Update office hours to Mon to Fri 7:00am to 6:00pm. correct time and date on IP Phones on all IP phones in the Director's office.
