Unable to ping any device on network. Factory Reseting switch did not fix issue. Had Vanessa pickup a new 24 port switch. Plug in devices to switch and found a poe device caused network to go down. Will test old switch and poe injector. Server was performing windows updates and patches. Showed Vanessa what to do when it is done
