check 3CX and noted all services started but gateway is not pingable. Reboot server and gateway. Test ping to gateway and confirmed no ping. Contacted Office of Technology to advise of a possible network issue. Move gateway network connection to spare switch and confirmed gateway can be pinged. Still no inbound or outbound calls. Reboot both server and gateway. Perform test inbound and outbound calls after reboot. Still unsuccessful. the inbound calls do not reach 3CX. call is immediately dropped when DOLM main DID is dialed. Issue with GTA PRI. DOLM to contact GTA as DSI is not authorized on the account. extension to extension calling is up.
