Gave one user regaib access to her 3CX account and contacts, as well as set up her headset to accept and respond to calls. Noted that 3CX was heavily out of date and could no longer communicate with authentication server. (15.5 at site, 18.x currently available) Restored forms directory from server's daily backup. Another user reported audible static when using headset with 3CX and good audio elsewhere. Report was accurate. Issue disappeared after lowering RAM usage by closing Google Chrome and accessing 3CX desktop app with admin permission before to returning to normal access. Headset now works without issue.
