Work with OPA IT support for 3CX Phone System firewall port forwarding.

Meet with James Pasion (OPA IT) and checked SonicWALL port forwarding. Confirmed SonicWALL port forwarding and NAT policies correctly set. However, 3CX Phone System still fails the firewall check. 3CX reports ports are not forwarded properly. Check SonicWALL WAN X2 port and noted GTA modem is providing an IP Address of 192.168.231.11. GTA modem is set to plug and play which is causing port forwarding issues. Advised James Pasion that GTA modem will need to be set to bridge mode and SonicWALL will need to be configured for PPPoE to have GTA provide the correct WAN static IP Address.
