Ron De Lima reported that Moylan's has been experience frequent intermittent drops for outbound and incoming calls. Check Patton Gateway and confirmed no problems on Patton Gateway registration on Patton Gateway logs and 3CX Phone System logs. Check PRI circuit and noted that error Amber LEDs were present for ESF and B8ZS (PRI Protocols). GTA PRI is causing the issue. Advised Ron De Lima that a trouble ticket will need to be created with GTA to resolve issues on the PRI.
