Reconfigure 3CX Phone System to use new IT&E trunks and IT&E internet.

Configure 3CX Phone System to bind to the new IT&E WAN Static IP address of 64.193.122.60 successfully. Run 3CX Firewall Checker and confirmed all test passed. Advised OPA their staff can now start to use the 3CX Softphone App. Check IT&E land lines on 3CX Phone System. Incoming and outgoing calls consistently drop at 7 to 8 seconds. Restart all 3CX Phone System equipment and perform tests. Issue still persist. Disconnect IT&E landlines from 3CX Phone System and test directly on IT&E land line using a butt set. Incoming and outgoing calls drop at 7 to 8 seconds directly on IT&E land line equipment. Advised Thomas to contact IT&E as the call dropping issue is isolated to IT&E land line equipment.
