Added 2 new laptops back into the domain. Edit registry to tech IDs assigned. Launched nfw download encountered “Dispatch tech value not found”, informed customer and taught how to connect after issue is resolved. Changed another laptops tech ID per customer request. Laptop with wifi issue still drop. Suggested customer to get a new wifi dongle
