Roxanne reported that Outlook on her workstation and iPads are not connecting to Exchange. Check and noticed that Roxanne's user account password required a password change based on server password rotation policy. Assist to change password. Provided new password to Roxanne. Outlook on workstation and iPads are connecting to Exchange properly once new password was entered.
