Todd's Outlook would not open up properly. Check issue and noted Outlook would not open because PST file reached Outlook limit of 50GB. Modify Windows Registry to increase limit to 100GB. Open Outlook successfully. Advised Todd that his mailbox would need to be cleaned up to reduce mailbox size.
