3CX Phone System IP Phones down. Noted IP addresses in IP blacklist. Configure subnet 10.84.200.x to be allowed. Noted IP phones still did not register. check the IP Phones and noted authentication ID does not match the authentication ID set on the extensions. Per Jonathan, these were updated today. Advised Jonathan this authentication ID is the cause of the IP phones IP addresses being blacklisted. Correct authentication ID in IP phones and confirmed they registered. confirmed calls are up. 3CX Phone System is back up.
