Replaced old AP with AP8533. Verified the access point turns on, contacted Extreme Networks but they were unable to detect the access point. They requested to directly connect AP on the server room to test. Still unsuccessful, advised me to contact Ross Help Desk to stage the access point, worked with Level 2 Ross Help Desk (Danny), he directed me to reinstall the AP into it's original location. I reinstalled and verified with Danny AP was on, he then released me from site.
