Disable "Block 3rd party cookies" setting that the user had set in Google Chrome. Icon denoting 3rd party cookies being blocked is no longer present. Reboot laptop and open Google Chrome and confirmed 3rd party cookies are allowed. Spoke to Mimi to attempt to test her online course materials. Per Mimi, unable to test directly as she advised she will need to go through the online course modules. Check for Google Chrome and Windows 11 updates on the laptop per Mimi's request. Confirmed no updates are available and software is up to date.
