Installed new pin pad for register 9 at Ross Dededo. Tested the pin pad with MOD, issue wasn't resolved. Escalated to Level 10 and was advised to wait for Ross Help Desk's call. Informed Ross Help Desk about the situation and pointed out the scanner cable's wiring was exposed. Ross Help Desk advised to inform MOD to replace the scanner cable and was released from site. Informed MOD about the scanner cable.
