Title Guaranty cannot access 3CX Web Console and custom auto attendant messages not playing. Title Guaranty has no access to server host where 3CX is installed. Premier One Support has access. Worked with Premier One Support to check services on the server host and confirmed 3CX Ngnix services was not started. Premier One Support restarted the service and confirmed 3CX Web Console is accessible and custom auto attendant messages play properly when clients call in.
