Removed old Verifone Debit Pad and replaced with new Debit Pad at Register #9. Tested the Debit Pad and an error read "Failed to capture the card data. Communication Error (offline)." and was advised by Ross Support to replace the cable connecting POS to Debit Pad. After testing a second time, another error read "Failed to send request to FIPay." Called Ross Support and was advised that Ross Support will work on the issue and will contact the MOD when they are ready. Talked to MOD and let them know the situation. Ross Support told me I was cleared from Ross.
