Check NVR and confirmed all 4 camera images are not distorted or jagged when zoomed in. Run speedtest for FIS internet speed and noted upload speed was showing high latency. John advised the distorted or jagged video occurs when NVR is viewed remotely. Adjust 1 camera positioning. Confirmed positioning is good with John.
