Signed in with Ross staff. Checked in with Janet at Level 10 Help Desk due to inability to reach Phil Messina or Ross Support Hotline at (800)807-1733. Replaced Verifone Pin Pad at Register 6. Verified it turns boots up properly. Ran test transaction with card payment to verify it functions properly. Ran into issue where pin pad was not accepting payment via chip insert. Called Janet and she advised she will reboot POS system remotely. After reboot, she advised that there is a network instability at GPO Ross. Ran another test transaction with card payment to verify it functions properly. Ran into another issue with error message: "Failed to capture card data. Communication error: Offline." Janet advised that this issue is due to the network instability and the issue will resolve itself when network becomes stable. Janet advised I was clear to leave site. Uploaded deliverables to Level10 TekPanel portal.
