Work Completed :
Signed in with Ross staff. Checked in with Brett and was advised to proceed with Verifone Pin Pad at Register 9 at Micronesia Mall Ross. Checked in with Danny at Ross Support Desk. Shut down POS System and replaced Verifone Pin Pad. Boot up POS System when pin pad was fully installed. Upon booting up pin pad, error message: "Maintenance Required" showed. Called Danny at Ross Help Desk and was advised that the device may have been tampered with. He then advised to change the old backplate to the new backplate and reinstall the old pin pad. Old pin pad with new backplate booted up properly. Ran a test transaction with manager-on-duty and verified that the old pin pad is functioning properly. Advised manager-on-duty that she would be shipping back the new pin pad that was to be installed. Brett and Danny both advised it was clear to leave site. Uploaded deliverables to Level10 TekPanel.
