Work with Chris Rhodes to check his outlook. Chris advised he is unable to see emails unless he searches for them.

Chris Rhodes advised that his email was recently hacked. Chris advised he proceeded to reset all passwords this weekend but now he does not see certain emails in his inbox unless he searches. Check his outlook rules and noted no rules present in outlook client. However, there is a message stating there are rules created on older version or owa that are not displayed. Access owa and noted 2 rules created to forward emails to "Email_Templates" subfolder. Per Chris, he did not create this subfolder nor did he create the rules. Delete rules from OWA and delete "EMail_Templates" subfolder. Chris is currently in Rota. DSI will schedule with Chris to scan all his devices where his email is configured for any infections.
