Chuck reported internet not accessible. Arrived onsite and spoke to Cinnabon Staff and was advised internet drops are intermittent. While onsite, internet did not drop. Staff reported internet was dropping the last few days. Proceed to check router, switch, and network cables. All checks out fine. Perform continuous ping tests and noted to time outs. Issue appears to be on the GTA Modem. Suggested to Chuck to contact his GTA Rep and have GTA techs check or replace modem.
