Troubleshoot APC RT3000 UPS. UPS does not power up. Confirmed UPS is connected to power outlet. Remove 2 battery packs and UPS still does not power up. Check and confirmed 2 battery packs show the correct voltage. APC RT 3000 UPS is bad. DSI to provide a quote for replacement.
