Reflash ActivPanel Nickel 75". Firmware uploads and shows installed. ActivPanel reboots after firmware reflash as expected. However, ActivPanel stays on loading screen for over 30 minutes with no movement. Reflash ActivPanel using another known good USB drive using different USB port on the ActivPanel. Same symptoms occur. ActivPanel does not reflash firmware properly. DSI to work with Promethea Support on next steps.
