Check 3CX. Unable to connect apps via FQDN. Check Windows firewall and noted no issues. Run nslookup and confirmed guamsurveyor.3cx.us resolves to correct WAN static IP. Backup 3CX. Unistall 3CX. reinstall 3CX and restore backup. Same FQDN issue. Check router and noted someone removed 3CX port 5001 and set port 5001 to "rtkgps". remove and reconfigure 3CX for port 5001. FQDN issues resolved. Reprovision apps for 5 staff. Advised Joy of the port forwarding issue.
