Power up HP Laptop and noted Laptop boots to Windows successfully. Test open Outlook successfully. Per Mary, HP Laptop was not booting up or when it boots up it only shows post and does not boot to Windows. Check event log and noted log entries of sleep mode. Laptop was unable to boot back up from sleep mode properly.
