Check 3CX Phone System and confirmed Patton Gateway is up and registered. Check Patton Gateway and noted GTA PRI connection shows live. reboot Patton Gateway to resync with GTA PRI. inbound and outbound calls are back up and operational after Patton Gateway reboot. Issue is GTA PRI lost sync and required the Patton Gateway to resync. Correct 3CX Phone System host server DNS settings. Confirmed 3CX Phone System shows activated after correcting DNS settings.
