Remote support: Login to 3CX Phone System with Will Zayas. Confirmed Patton Gateway is up and registered. Login to Patton Gateway and noted that PRI link status shows: Wait-Alignment. PRI has no signal. Rebooted Patton Gateway and link status still shows Wait-Alignment. GTA PRI is down. Advised Will Zayas that GTA support will need to be contacted to troubleshoot and fix the PRI issue.
