Mary advised she is unable to see "Show IMAP" view setting to view emails previously exported from Gmail and imported to Exchange. Show Mary that the mail folder needs to be selected first before "Show IMAP" can be seen. Set "Show IMAP" on all mail folders in mary@micronesia-benefits.com on her Outlook Client on her laptop. Setup Mary@micronesia-benefits.com account on Outlook Client on her iPhone.
