Per MOD Trisha Ayuyuy, Register 6 Pin Pad is fine. Issue that was reported was for the POS number keypad. Contact level 10 and Ross support to advise of situation. Worked with Danny at Ross Helpdesk and Danny advised to let the MOD know that he will login to the POS remotely and troubleshoot. Cleared to leave site by Danny at Ross Helpdesk. Box up new pin pad and brought to Fed Ex to ship back to Level 10. Uploaded all deliverables to Level 10 portal.
