Arrived onsite and contacted FE Helpdesk to get in contact with TSE L3. After 1 hour wait, worked with Goganesan from TSE L3. Per TSE L3, they do not have the CLI admin credentials and customer (Bruce Youn) also advised they do not have the CLI admin credentials. Per Goganesan from TSE L3, he advised me to let the customer (Bruce Youn) know that he will be escalating this issue. Goganesan cleared me to leave site today as PPT and customer do not have the CLI admin credentials to login.
