Troubleshoot 3CX. Per Jeremey, Calls from Docomo SIP Trunk not routing through.

Jeremey reported calls from Docomo SIP Trunk is not routing to 3CX properly. Check call log and see the call come in but status shows "Route Busy". Noted CID was being provided as anonymous. MedPharm 3CX had a CID rule to block anonymous caller ID. Remove CID rule and perform test call successfully. Spoke to Jeremey and confirmed we will temporarily keep the CID rule to block anonymous callers removed. Advised Jeremey that Docomo needs to check why they are providing anonymous caller ID. Per call logs: Caller ID was transmitting properly on Jan 31. Caller ID being transmitted as anonymous on Feb 3.
