No internet. Per Becky, GTA was contacted previously and GTA advised no issue on their side. GTA Comtrend Modem internet LED off. Internet not syncing on Modem. Reboot modem and same issue. Call GTA to advise issue is not Ace Auto Glass network equipment and that GTA's modem has no internet. GTA now says they see a line issue and will need to send a tech. Issue is with GTA's line or modem.
