Printing from Firefox browser not printing properly. Only 1 page or blanl page prints and an error is thrown on Firefox. Check event log and noted Firefox error. Check error and per KB Article, fix is to update to Firefox version 130. Version 130 unable to be installed as all workstations are running Windows 7. Test download attachment file, open and print through Adobe Reader successfully. Showed Lucy how to download file, open and print from Adobe Reader.
