- Troubleshooted Benny's workstation PC. Added traditional Chinese, and Chinese simplified language pack for typing. - Repaired corrupted system files hindering language pack installation. Full reboot OK. - Troubleshooted accounting workstation PC, system non responsive, no display, no beep codes. Tested BIOS self check by removing RAM, no beep codes observed. - Workstation PC deemed unbootable, advised Linda to take it in office for further troubleshooting.
