Configure - Distinctive Ringtones for Inbound Calls to Ring Group 8000 or Call Queue 8009:
o Set up Inbound Rules to assign unique ringtones based on Caller ID:
Management Calls: E.g., 6714884484, 6714868230 , use a triple ring
Elevator Emergency Call Center: E.g., 6716462072, 6716462073 use a double ring
Labeling these caller ID numbers such as Manager, BOG, BOH, FHP, etc.
The following number will need to be added to the ring type for elevators is
P&B elevator number 671-735-7830.
