3CX crashed after an update was installed. Unable to restart 3CX services due to dependency issue. Proceed to reinstall 3CX using backup from 10/18/2025. Confirmed 3CX is restored. Perform test inbound and outbound calls successfully. Requested Jonathan to work with Premier One Support (TGG's IT Support) to set a dedicated VM for 3CX. Current VM has several database software installed causing conflicts with 3CX.
