Checked the panel and Teams does not display the Webcam after various troubleshooting: 1. Updated Panel/OPS firmware to latest 2.2.1.10 2. Reinstall Teams and set all required permission to access the webcam. 3. Teams still does not display the webcam. Zoom displays the webcam. 4. Tested webcam using a known good laptop and webcam is fine. 5. Tested the webcam on Android Camera App ok. DSI to send this to Promethean support for further troubleshooting advise
