- Removed old camera. - Installed new camera. - Tested with Opps camera app, camera is functional and displays video. - Tested with Zoom, camera is functional and displays video. - Tested with Teams, camera is not being read by the app itself, no video. - Tested with Teams of older version, same behavior as above. - Tested with cleared cache, reinstalling app, and restarting promethean, same behavior as above. - Tested with Teams Web version through Google Chrome, camera is functional and displays video. Also verified using the previous camera, it is functioning and displays audio. - Concluded underlying issue between Promethean software and Microsoft. - Advised Maria there is nothing wrong with the Camera and they will need to use the Web version in the meantime until a resolution is made.
