3CX crashed. Troubleshoot/resolve

3CX crashed on VM server after SP update. Uninstall 3CX, Reinstall 3CX and restore backup. 3CX is back up and operational. Reminded Title Guaranty to follow up/work with Premier One Support to setup a new VM to only host 3CX. Current VM hosts other software (Xerox, databases) that are causing these 3CX crashes as same ports are in use.
