Setup 3CX Phone System (4 digit extensions). Configure extensions and added GTA SIP Trunk. GTA SIP Trunk not operational. Message states "No routes available". Run firewall tester on 3CX and firewall tester failed. Contact Cognitive IT, Eric, to advise this is a network issue. Attempt to provision IP Phones unsuccessful due to port blocks. DSI to continue to work with Cognitive IT on firewall settings.
