- Troubleshooted reported freezing issues Unable to log-in with PIN due to the sign-in limit of 2 hour wait time. - Logged in successfully. Turned off all power saving and sleep features, performed SFC scan and found corrupted files, also performed a CHKDSK scan and completed successfully. - Opened Lenovo UEFI diagnostics tool and ran tests, results were all Pass. - Relogged in to the user and installed Malwarebytes and scanned for threats, nothing was found. Also installed any available windows updates. - Left the device on an idle state to monitor any crashing issues.
