- Replaced PIN pad for Register 22. - Verified and tested transactions with onsite Ross MOD. - Verified with Ross HD of progress. - Checked in and Out of Ross HD and Level 10. - Advised Michael Turner by email that the extra duplicate PIN pads are not dropped of to FedEx due to the mismatch of tracking numbers. Ross MOD advised they do not have said boxes with the indicated Tracking Numbers 425746560450 and 512498929961. - Dropped off the defective service call PIN Pads to FedEx. - Still Unable to log in to Level 10 portal to upload deliverables. Advised Michael Turner by email if sending the deliverables manually is possible due to unable logging in to Level 10. - Response still pending.
