Per Chuck, GTA upgraded internet yesterday and claimed Pretzelmaker Cisco WiFi router was not providing connection on LAN ports 1-4. GTA reverted the upgrade back to original settings and services restored. DSI checked each port 1-4 on Cisco WiFi router with a known good laptop and confirmed connection is available and fine on all 4 ports. Issue with no internet after GTA upgrade is due to the GTA upgrade and not Pretzelmakers Cisco WiFi router. Spoke to Chuck on findings.
Cancel
