1 Troubleshoot VPN Tunnel connection issue. -sonicwall and Linksys VPN router both show that VPN tunnel connection is up -however unable to access main office network through VPN tunnel Proceed to reboot VPN tunnel on both SonicWALL and Linksys VPN Router. -test access main office network successfully -VPN tunnel is back up now.
